California-based Maxim Lighting has appointed lighting veteran Melissa Ksiazka as eastern builder sales manager. With more than 13 years of experience in the builder channel, she brings extensive industry knowledge and a strong background in national builder account management.
Most recently, Ksiazka held several key positions at Coleto Brands, primarily supporting Kichler Lighting. Her roles included senior manager/builder experience, commercial director, and director/sales operations, where she oversaw the builder team, sales administration, and quotations.
Ksiazka’s skills include builder contract negotiations, quotations, target setting, and overseeing accounts for nine of the nation’s top 50 builders. She was also honored with the Beacon Award for her exceptional work ethic. Her expertise will improve the builder experience and strengthen Maxim’s relationships with contracted builders.
