Ryan Dyer Joins Maxim Lighting’s Builder Team

New construction veteran Ryan Dyer has joined Maxim Lighting as Director/Builder Sales-West Region.

Dyer comes to Maxim from the Kohler Company, where he has devoted 20 years to the Southwest’s builder channel. Prior to that, he worked at the Whirlpool Corporation where he was a builder account manager for the Colorado territory.

Dyer began his career as a sales executive in Denver, where he was promoted to a builder sales manager and eventually earned a position as branch sales manager.

Over the last 20 years at Kohler, he distinguished himself as a highly successful branch manager who developed a strong team in Denver while building customer relationships across all channels in the Arizona, Vegas and New Mexico markets.

Dyer’s accomplishments include the John Michael Kohler Circle of Excellence, Branch Manager of the Year, Sales Advisory Council, and graduating from Top Gun.
