Maxim Lighting Hires National Sales Manager

Maxim Lighting has bolstered its expansion into the multifamily market with the strategic hire of building industry veteran Jason Wade.

California-based Maxim Group – parent company of Maxim Lighting, ET2, and Studio M –  is strengthening its business in the multifamily housing sector with the appointment of Jason Wade as national sales manager—multifamily.   

Wade brings more than 25 years of sales leadership and industry experience at Whirlpool Corp., where he served as national sales manager for 14 years leading sales initiatives, developing strategic growth plans, and building lasting partnerships with many of the nation’s leading builders, developers, distributors, and property management firms.

Wade also owned and operated his own firm, KNX Property Group in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he expanded his expertise in real estate investment, property management, operations, and customer service.

The announcement from Maxim noted that Wade is known for his relationship-driven leadership and collaborative approach. “His industry knowledge and proven ability to identify growth opportunities will be instrumental as we continue to expand our multifamily business,” it stated.
