Adesso Launches Trade-Focused Website to Streamline Ordering

Enhanced tools make it easier for customers to better plan and manage their projects.

New York City-based Adesso, Inc. has redesigned its website with improvements made  with the needs of trade professionals in mind. The updated platform delivers a more efficient, intuitive experience for designers, retailers, and industry partners while laying the foundation for continued enhancements in the months ahead.

The new website features a clean, streamlined layout and improved navigation, allowing users to quickly find products, explore collections, and access detailed specifications. Enhanced product pages now include expanded imagery and comprehensive descriptions, providing the clarity needed to confidently specify and source products.

To support a more seamless purchasing process, the site introduces an optimized add-to-cart experience and improved product selection tools, including a convenient dropdown menu to view and select alternate finishes.

A key highlight of the new platform is its robust trade account functionality. Logged-in users gain access to real-time pricing, product availability, and warehouse information. The system also provides estimated restock dates for out-of-stock items, along with current inventory quantities. The goal is to help empower customers to better plan and manage their projects.

Trade account holders can also:

• View and track complete order history

• Create and organize multiple favorites lists for projects or clients

• Place orders quickly and efficiently through an enhanced checkout experience

Looking ahead, Adesso will continue to expand the platform with additional tools designed to further support the trade community. Upcoming features include a Find a Sales Rep tool, Store Locator, and enhanced filtering capabilities to improve product discovery and local support. These updates will be rolled out in phases, with ongoing communication to keep customers informed.

“Our goal was to create a digital experience that works as hard as our customers do,” said Chris Banning, senior vice president of sales. “This new platform is designed to provide the tools, transparency, and speed that today’s trade professionals expect and we’re committed to continuing to evolve it.”
