Quorum International has announced the addition of industry veteran Karyn Hayes as Key Account National Sales Manager and has appointed Kim Chaumont to a new role in the company as Hospitality Trade National Sales Manager. They join Chad Kulesza, who was named National Sales Manager last month.
All three will report directly to Field Bradford, Sales Director, and will play a pivotal role in driving Quorum’s growth strategies, strengthening partnerships, and elevating the company’s presence in key markets.
Hayes brings over three decades of expertise in strategic sales leadership, showroom management, and team empowerment. Most recently serving as Director of Showroom Sales at Hinkley, Hayes collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives and strengthen relationships across the North American market. During her 13-year tenure at Hinkley, and prior 18-year tenure as National Business Manager in Lighting for Ferguson, she has played a pivotal role in driving showroom performance and delivering tailored solutions for partners. Hayes holds a degree in Business Administration and various leadership programs. She was recently recognized as a recipient of the American Lighting Association’s Women in Lighting Leadership Award in June.
“Joining Quorum represents an incredible opportunity to contribute to a company with such a strong legacy in the industry,” Hayes said. “I look forward to combining my analytical skills with a commitment to excellence in support of building cohesive teams and achieving strategic objectives.”
Kim Chaumont brings 36 years of experience in the home décor industry as an accomplished entrepreneur in global sourcing and private label product development for 23 years, and 14 years prior experience as a corporate merchant for Pier 1 Imports and Neiman Marcus collectively. She joined Quorum in November 2023 as the Business Development Director, responsible for launching the Hospitality Division across all corporate brands, as well as her latest role as Director of Sales for Lavin Rugs. Chaumont holds a Fashion Merchandising degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
“This role allows me to build on my passion for connecting innovative design with customer needs,” Chaumont said. “The hospitality trade is an exciting space, and I look forward to helping Quorum strengthen relationships and deliver solutions that inspire our partners.”
Chad Kulesza joins the company following six successful years at Electric Mirror, where he progressed from service to inside sales management before moving into outside sales, calling on national accounts and expanding the company’s presence across the U.S. lighting channel. A graduate of Western Washington University with a degree in Sociology, Kulesza brings a relationship-driven approach to sales.
“Quorum’s reputation for quality and innovation makes this an exciting next step in my career,” Kulesza said. “My personal and professional experiences have shaped a people-first mindset, and I’m eager to focus on strengthening partnerships with showrooms nationwide.”
According to Bradford, these strategic appointments to the sales team mark an exciting chapter for Quorum. “We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome Karyn, Chad, and Kim to the Quorum family,” he said. “Their collective expertise and leadership will strengthen our partnerships, open new opportunities, and help us deliver even greater value to our customers. This expansion reflects Quorum’s commitment to building a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Team that’s ready to lead the way into the future — with fresh ideas, bold vision, and a whole lot of heart.”
