Bulbrite to Debut Decorative Cordless Lamp Line at Lightovation

Over the years, Bulbrite has been evolving into more than a leading resource for residential bulbs, string lights, and design-oriented filament pendants. Next week at Lightovation, it will introduce Kibün By Bulbrite, a rechargeable line of portable lamps that are battery-operated.

Kibün (pronounced kee-boon), a Korean word that captures one’s feeling and mood, is being launched initially as an outdoor lantern series at Lightovation, but designer-oriented indoor versions will debut in the months ahead.

The rechargeable outdoor lanterns have three color temperatures (2200K, 4000K, and 5700K) and two modes: pulsing light for dynamic effects or static light. A full-range rotary dimmer allows users to adjust brightness. In addition, the outdoor lanterns provide a built-in USB output that lets users charge phones, tablets, or small devices — plus it has a dual power source (using standard AA batteries). The lithium-ion battery lasts for 4+ hours at full brightness and can fully recharge in just 5+ hours.

The decorative indoor cordless lamps – not yet available, but coming soon – feature materials such as natural marble or travertine for an upscale touch. These rechargeable indoor versions provide 8+ hours of battery life  and include a USB-C charger. The indoor 2700K lamps are 90+ CRI and have three brightness levels – from ambient 60 lumens to 300-lumen task lighting.

The new lanterns can be previewed at the Bulbrite showroom during Lightovation.
