Change of Leadership at Hermitage Design Center, Jerry Guiliano Appointed CEO

Legendary multi-generational Nashville showroom Hermitage Design Center (formerly Hermitage Lighting Gallery), has announced a key leadership transition.

After serving for several decades as president & CEO of the lighting, appliances, and hardware retailer, Jack Fleischer will transition into the position of president and hand the CEO reins to Jerry Guiliano, an executive with 30+ years of leadership at such consumer-facing product companies as Remington, Wrangler, Walls Outdoor Goods, and Coleman.

Fleischer – who earned a Certified Lighting Consultant designation from the American Lighting Association (ALA) and was named a Pillar of the Industry  –has played a pivotal role in growing Hermitage Design Center and Hermitage Lighting National Accounts into two of the most respected entities in the industry. Under his guidance, the organization has expanded its footprint, deepened relationships with hospitality and residential partners, and modernized its approach to design, distribution, and customer experience.

“I’m honored to step into the role of CEO at Hermitage,” said Guiliano. “Jack has built an exceptional company rooted in quality, integrity, and service. I’m excited to work alongside the talented team at Hermitage to continue that legacy and drive future growth.”

Added Fleischer, “This is an exciting moment for our company. I believe deeply in Hermitage’s mission and people, and I’m confident Jerry’s leadership will take us even further. As president, I look forward to continuing to serve the company’s strategic vision.”

With this transition, Hermitage reaffirms its commitment to innovation, excellence, and the personalized service that has defined its 80-year legacy in the lighting and home improvement sectors.
