Theodore Alexander Will Not Move Into New Space in Time for High Point Market

As reported by LNN’s sister publication Home News Now, due to unexpected delays in the construction process – specifically obtaining the necessary permits and approvals – Theodore Alexander will not be opening its brand new showroom in the design district in time for market as planned.

The luxury furniture and lighting resource was planning to welcome buyers to the new showroom on North Hamilton St., however it will be showing the line at its former, long-time location at 229 Russell Ave. The new showroom will be operational during the October High Point Market.

“We thought it would be done, but it was down to the wire,” said Ed Teplitz, company president. “We had to make a decision a couple of weeks ago so we could get ready. So we just decided we will show in the old building and it will look great and we will be in the new building in October.”
