Quorum Debuts High Point Showroom, Tamara Day & David Patton Co-Host Special Designer Event

Quorum International will open its first-ever showroom at High Point Market this month in the Suites at Market Square on the Mezzanine level (M-1000A and M-1000B). The showroom will feature a collection of new products curated with designers in mind. 

Quorum will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony on the morning of April 26, followed by brunch for attendees. A grand opening party will begin at 3 p.m., followed by happy hour to celebrate this new chapter for the company.

Quorum is also participating in the Design Influencers Tour, where designers will receive an in-depth look at the company history, brand positioning, and products.

A special showroom event is scheduled for April 27 from 1:00-2:00 p.m., featuring award-winning designer and TV host Tamara Day of Bargain Mansions and Quorum’s director of design David Patton. 

Illuminating Ideas: A Design Journey with Tamara Day & David Patton offers an in-depth look at the creative process behind lighting design. From initial concept to final product, Day and Patton will share their expertise, inspiration, and the intricate steps involved in bringing lighting designs to life.

“This event is a rare opportunity for industry professionals and design enthusiasts to see firsthand how lighting products are developed,” said David Patton. “We’ll be diving into everything from design trends to technical execution, giving attendees a deeper appreciation for the art and function of lighting and the design process.”

Tamara Day, widely recognized for her ability to blend elegance with practicality, added, “Lighting is such an essential element in any space. I’m thrilled to partner with David and the Quorum team to share the journey of creating stunning lighting pieces.”

Coming off her sixth season with Bargain Mansions – which is also airing on HGTV and will soon stream on MAX – Day will also bring her expertise from her numerous home restorations to the conversation. Attendees will have an opportunity to contribute to the design process and help bring an actual design to production stages. Light hors d’oeuvres and a Tamara Day signature cocktail will be served.

Day will also be unveiling her new lighting collection with Quorum during High Point Market featuring a variety of textures, finishes, and silhouettes.
