Russ Klingel Joins Minka

Industry veteran Russ Klingel has been named regional sales manager-central for Minka.

For approximately 30 years, Russ Klingel has been involved in the lighting and ceiling fan industry. In the latter category, his experience spans Fanimation, Emerson, Kichler, Modern Forms, and Hinkley.

For the past five years, he served regional sales manager at Maxim Group, where he managed the company’s independent sales agencies in the central and east territories along with several Canadian provinces for the Maxim, ET2 and Studio M brands.

At Minka, Klingel will serve as regional sales manager-central for all of Minka’s brands.

 “I am very excited to join an industry powerhouse like Minka and everything they offer to our customers,” Klingel said. “Minka has stepped up their game over the past two plus years and I, along with many customers and vendors, took notice during each Lightovation. There are many exciting products that will debut in 2027 and the years to come.”

Klingel invited lighting showrooms that have not visited Minka’s Dallas Market showroom in awhile to stop in during January Lightovation. “Give us 20 minutes of your day and I know you will find many exciting new and existing products your customers will love,” he stated.
