Ryan Radke is a veteran of the commercial and architectural lighting arena.
New York-based WAC Group has appointed Ryan Radke as executive director of business development – commercial. In this role, he will lead strategic growth initiatives and manage key customer and sales representative relationships across the commercial channel.
According to Keith Eagle, WAC Group vice president of business development, “A results-driven leader with a strong track record of execution, Ryan is known for building scalable growth strategies rooted in long-term partnerships and market alignment. He is recognized for his approachable leadership style and strategic mindset, while excelling at developing long-term business strategies that prioritize partnership, collaboration, and sustained growth. We welcome him to the team.”
For the past six years, Radke has held leadership roles at Acuity Brands, including director of sales for A-Light, where he played a key role in advancing innovative architectural lighting solutions and supporting product initiatives centered on design, performance, and sustainability. His earlier experience in architectural lighting sales management provided him with a strong foundation in working closely with agents, designers, engineers, and contractors.
