The licensing agreement expands SKYX’s go-to-market channels as it grows market penetration with builders, hotels, and retail segments.
SKYX Platforms Corp. (d/b/a SKYX Technologies), the smart home and AI platform technology company, has signed a licensing agreement with Toronto-based lighting manufacturer Eurofase for the U.S. and Canadian markets.
The goal of the licensing agreement is to further expand opportunities in the builder, hotel, retail, multifamily and single-home markets. According to SKYX, its technologies reduce up to 90% of the time and cost of hotel and building renovations as well as new build installations. Under this new agreement, SKYX will work with Eurofase on its builder, hotel, residential and commercial segments.
Eurofase’s manufacturing and distribution network spans the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia. The company offers a diverse range of innovative lighting and heating products tailored for commercial, residential and hospitality applications.
