DMC to Host Pro+Connect Events for Top Builders

The Dallas Market Center has announced plans to hold two Pro+Connect events in the fall that target builders.

Dallas Market Center (DMC) will partner with EndeavorB2B to host two Pro+Connect events in September and October 2026. These invite-only events will connect leading multifamily residential builders (September 22–24) and single-family residential builders (October 5–7) with a curated group of top lighting brands and other building product manufacturers and suppliers.

Pro+Connect is designed to create meaningful business connections through a structured meeting format that pairs influential residential builders with relevant brands. Builders are invited to attend and have travel and lodging sponsored, ensuring participation from high-value, decision-makers across the residential construction industry. Brands participate as sponsors and receive guaranteed meetings with builders whose projects align with their products and services.

Participation is limited to approximately 30 brand sponsors per event in order to create a balanced mix of categories relevant to residential construction. The two 2026 editions at DMC will leverage the venue’s leadership in the lighting category by featuring select exhibitors from the Lightovation shows in January and June. About one-third of the participating sponsors are expected to have lighting and/or ceiling fan products, with permanent showroom exhibits to host hospitality events or enhanced meetings during Pro+Connect. This will allow DMC exhibitors to present their full product lines in a setting that reflects their brand and capabilities.

EndeavorB2B will manage the event logistics and builder recruitment. DMC will provide the venue and host the events, creating a setting for meetings and networking in a destination that is easy to access from anywhere in the U.S. and represents one of the hottest markets for home building and development.

DMC’s permanent exhibitors qualify for a 20% discount on sponsorship fees, which applies to any of the four Pro+Connect events held in 2026, including the two hosted in Dallas. The other Pro+Connect events taking place this year are a multifamily event in the Jacksonville, FL, area (April 22-24) and a single-family event at NAHB’s National Housing Center in Washington, DC (July 13-15).
