  1. Herman will be remembered first for his devotion to his amazing Family.
I will always hold a special place in my heart for Herman as well. When I started out as a National Sales Manager for Crystal Clear Lighting, Herman was my first call. He invited me to visit and spent most of the day showing me how we could grow our business with him and throughout the industry. I will never forget his mentorship and kindness toward me. I learned over the years that he was just being Herman, but I will always consider him, as the catalyst to my long, successful and enjoyable career in the lighting industry. Thank you Herman! May GOD Bless you, your Family and all who loved you!
