Savoy House Appoints Greg Mazza as VP Sales

Georgia-based Savoy House has appointed Greg Mazza as vice president of sales effective January. Mazza brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience spanning decorative lighting, consumer goods, and financial services.

Mazza most recently served as president at Innovations Lighting, where he also held roles as chief operating officer and vice president of sales & marketing. In these positions, he led company-wide strategy across sales, marketing, operations, product development, and finance, guiding the organization through sustained double-digit growth. Under his leadership, Innovations Lighting expanded its reach across showroom, e-commerce, and national account channels while launching new product categories and customization programs that strengthened its differentiation within the decorative lighting market.

Known for building customer-centric sales organizations, Mazza has focused on simplifying processes, strengthening partnerships, and delivering value-driven experiences that make it easier for customers to do business. He has also been recognized for mentoring and developing high-performing leadership teams rooted in collaboration, accountability, and long-term growth.

In an announcement on LinkedIn, Mazza wrote, “After an incredible chapter leading and growing Innovations Lighting, I’m grateful for the experiences, relationships, and lessons that shaped me over the past several years. Building teams, strengthening partnerships, and creating clarity around how we win together has always been what energizes me most.

What drew me to Savoy House is the strength of the brand, the people behind it, and the opportunity ahead. This is a company with deep roots, strong values, and a clear commitment to serving reps, showrooms, key accounts, and customers with consistency and respect. That alignment matters to me.”

Mazza cites his leadership philosophy as centering on Product, Process, and People, as well as ensuring strong product-market alignment, implementing systems that remove friction and improve efficiency, and empowering teams through transparency and trust.

In his role at Savoy House, Mazza will oversee the company’s national sales organization, including rep agencies, showrooms, key accounts, and e-commerce channels. He will focus on strengthening sales execution, deepening customer relationships, and aligning sales strategy with Savoy House’s commitment to value-centric customer experiences and long-term market leadership.

“Savoy House is a brand with a strong foundation, talented team, and significant opportunity ahead,” said Mazza. “I’m excited to join the organization and work closely with the sales team, our rep partners, and customers to build on that foundation and drive thoughtful, sustainable growth.”
