Varaluz Joins Ciana Lighting With New CEO

Salt Lake City-based Ciana Lighting – known for bespoke collections for the commercial, hospitality, and religious lighting sectors – has acquired Varaluz LLC, the Las Vegas-based lighting brand founded by Ron Henderson and known for unique and sustainable designs.

Varaluz will continue to design under its brand name and creative leadership, supported by Ciana’s expanded manufacturing, custom lighting expertise, quality assurance, and logistical resources.
