Pop-Up Shopping Area Brings Convenience to High Point Market, Highlights Local Businesses

Next week the High Point Market Authority (HPMA) will debut Market-at-Market,  the first pop-up of its kind featuring area businesses in the Center Stage area between IHFC and Showplace.

Billed as an exclusive hub for shopping, services and light bites, Market-at-Market serves as convenience to market attendees, as well as an attraction between showroom visits.

“We are bringing the local business community in High Point to a central location for our guests,” says Tammy Covington, HPMA president & CEO. “Every season, we hear there is a need for forgotten items like tennis shoes or extra clothing, so now these items will be available in the heart of Market.

“There are also wellness focused services like Reiki bodywork and IV drip therapy, specialty foods and small items to pick up as souvenirs or gifts,” Covington adds. “We think there will be something for everyone.”
