WithIt Announces High Point Market Events

You don’t have to be a WithIt member to participate in the education, networking and student mentoring opportunities that are planned for next month’s market.

WithIt – the women’s leadership development network for the home and furnishings industries – will host three events during Fall 2026 High Point Market, offering opportunities for education, networking and professional development as well as programming designed to support the next generation entering the industry.

The High Point Market is the perfect opportunity for women in the home furnishings industry – including lighting – to share ideas and expand their professional network.

WithIt’s Market schedule includes its Education Breakfast presented by Myriad Software, a networking event at Interlude Home and the annual WithIt Student Mentoring Day.

“High Point Market is an important gathering place for our industry, and we want WithIt’s programming to create opportunities that extend beyond the showrooms,” said Amy Van Dorp, executive director of WithIt. “These events give people a chance to learn, build relationships and make connections that can continue long after Market ends. We’re also proud to introduce students to the industry and help them begin building those relationships early in their careers.”

WithIt will kick off its Fall Market programming with a conversation about how people are shopping for their homes today and what those behaviors may indicate about where the industry is headed.

Jaye Anna Mize, vice president of advisory and partnerships at Future Snoops, will moderate the discussion exploring how consumers move between online and in-store shopping, where and how they discover products, what influences their purchasing decisions, what they are willing to buy digitally versus what still brings them into a store, and how those behaviors are changing.

Tickets include a hot breakfast buffet and networking. Parking is available on-site, and guests are welcome.
