As reported <\/a>by LNN<\/em>\u2019s sister publication Home News Now<\/a><\/em>, due to unexpected delays in the construction process \u2013 specifically obtaining the necessary permits and approvals \u2013 Theodore Alexander<\/a> will not be opening its brand new showroom in the design district in time for market as planned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The luxury furniture and lighting resource was planning to welcome buyers to the new showroom on North Hamilton St., however it will be showing the line at its former, long-time location at 229 Russell Ave. The new showroom will be operational during the October High Point Market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe thought it would be done, but it was down to the wire,\u201d said Ed Teplitz, company president. \u201cWe had to make a decision a couple of weeks ago so we could get ready.
