Georgia-based Savoy House Lighting<\/a> has appointed Jill Gardner as its new director\/Customer Service & Lighting Assets. With a 30-year career spanning the lighting and home building industries, she brings a wealth of expertise in sales, marketing, and operations to the Savoy House team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gardner\u2019s deep-rooted experience in the building industry began with three years in sales and marketing for Price Pfister in California. She then spent 10  years shaping the Southwest homebuilding market, overseeing lighting and product specifications for major builders such as Pardee Homes, McMillin Homes, and DR Horton. Her extensive background in lighting includes five years as a factory account manager at Kichler Lighting, where she worked closely with showrooms, specifiers, big-box retailers, and the hospitality sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gardner\u2019s career also includes two years as a sales associate for a commercial lighting agency representing approximately 30 manufacturers in California, followed by four years in operations and sales management for a lighting sales agency with a stocking warehouse in the Southeast territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most recently, she served as sales manager for the North American brick-and-mortar sales channel at Georgia-based manufacturer Capital Lighting Fixture Co., where she played a key role in driving sales growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond her professional experience, Gardner\u2019s passion for the homebuilding and real estate industries runs deep. Inspired by her father\u2019s career in real estate, lending, and residential appraisal, she holds real estate licenses in Georgia and California. This lifelong connection to homebuilding further enhances her ability to understand the needs of builders, designers, and homeowners alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
