The American Lighting Association (ALA<\/a>) \u2013 the trade association representing the residential lighting, controls, and ceiling fan industry \u2013 has launched its search for a new president and CEO. The announcement comes following the retirement of Larry Lauck and the subsequent appointment of interim president & CEO Laurie Gross.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ALA is dedicated to increasing consumer awareness of lighting and driving industry growth through education, marketing, and government advocacy. The new president & CEO will be responsible for guiding the organization into its next chapter while continuing to support ALA\u2019s member retailers, manufacturers, sales representatives, designers, and industry partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ALA Board of Governors has appointed an Executive Search Committee that will lead the search process to identify a qualified candidate who will drive ALA\u2019s initiatives and support its members in an evolving marketplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Executive Search Committee members include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022            Maria Mullen, CEO, Hubbardton Forge<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022            Gabriel Trinidad, General Manager, Lighting Inc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022            Todd Teiber, President, Teiber & Company<\/p>\n\n\n\n
