Prior to that role, she was director of ecommerce for Matthews Fan. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the retail side, Moore was with Del Mar Fans and Lighting in Florida for nine years. There she served in such roles as chief operating officer \u2013 where she led company-wide operations across ecommerce systems and inventory plus was involved with strategic planning \u2013 as well as general manager of operations and ecommerce manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She also operated her own independent consultancy, providing advisory support to organizations focused on retail, e-commerce, and operational effectiveness.
