The sales and marketing team of the lighting manufacturer has announced a key leadership transition.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ohio-based Hinkley has appointed Jeremy Salomon to take over the role of executive vice president of sales and marketing following long-time executive Jim Decker\u2019s retirement earlier this year. He reports to Jess Wiedemer, president.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to an announcement from the company, Salomon will \u201cfocus on driving growth, strengthening the market positions of Hinkley brands, and building strong, lasting customer relationships that deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Noted Wiedemer, \u201cJeremy\u2019s experience leading integrated sales and marketing teams, combined with his track record of driving growth across complex, multi-channel organizations, makes him a strong addition to our leadership team. We are excited to have him on board as we continue to build for the future.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salomon brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across sales, marketing, product management and go-to-market strategy. Most recently, he has served as executive vice president at TileBar \u2013 a design resource for tile and bath \u2013 for six-and-a-half years, leading the sales, marketing, product management, and operations. He has also held leadership roles at flooring company Tarkett and TCP Lighting (Technical Consumer Products).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Decker played a key role in shaping Hinkley\u2019s sales and marketing strategy and strengthening its market presence. <\/p>\n\n\n

Hinkley\u2019s sales and marketing team includes Brian Mocny, director of showroom and commercial sales, and Michael Friedberg, director of ecommerce. Together they drive the company\u2019s multi-channel strategy and customer engagement across key markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
