{"id":3564,"date":"2026-05-27T16:53:57","date_gmt":"2026-05-27T16:53:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lightingnewsnow.com\/?p=3564"},"modified":"2026-05-27T17:47:13","modified_gmt":"2026-05-27T17:47:13","slug":"uttermost-debuts-studio-with-leftbank-art-alums","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lightingnewsnow.com\/?p=3564","title":{"rendered":"Uttermost Debuts Art Studio in California"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The manufacturer is launching Uttermost Art Studio in California under the leadership of Frankie Daniel.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In an expansion of its capabilities and categories, Rocky Mount, Va.-based <a href=\"https:\/\/uttermost.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Uttermost<\/a> is developing the art side of the business with the hiring of Frankie Daniel \u2013 who most recently served as creative director at California-based Leftbank Art for the past 15 years \u2013 and the addition of two former artists from that same domestic manufacturer, Josh and Dennis Leiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daniel will manage the new Uttermost Art Studio, which is located in southern California, to create unique and exclusive art for both the Uttermost and Revelation brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The newly established studio will complement the existing creative talents at both Uttermost and Revelation. Both Josh and Dennis Leiva have a long history of producing top-selling art in the industry as well as years of participating in gallery exhibitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe\u2019re building work that feels alive \u2014 art with atmosphere, edge, and impact,\u201d Daniel stated. \u201cThe goal is to create pieces people don\u2019t just see, but feel.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uttermost and Revelation President and CEO Mac Cooper told <em>Lighting News Now<\/em> that the studio is in the process of being moved into and work will begin next month from the Studio. The facility will primarily be used for creative development, painting, digital editing, scanning, and printing, he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe could not be more excited to have Frankie in the Uttermost family to lead and manage the creative work in our California Art Studio. Frankie is an artist as well and has spent his career successfully leading creative teams. Josh and Dennis are two of the most prolific artists in our industry, and their impact will be big in our future introductions,\u201d noted Cooper, who is the second-generation owner of Uttermost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When asked how the work of the Art Studio will impact each company\u2019s offering to customers, Cooper said, \u201cThe Art Studio will provide a huge boost in terms of the quantity of art we introduce while bringing some of the most talented artists in the industry to Uttermost and Revelation.
