Residential communities built by Lennar Homes will now include solar streetlights provided by Streetleaf. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tampa-based Streetleaf<\/a> \u2013 a leading provider of DarkSky-approved, solar-powered streetlight services \u2013 has launched a national vendor agreement with Lennar Homes<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWorking with Lennar to illuminate its communities is an honor, especially as the demand for sustainable yet cost effective solutions continues to grow,\u201d said Liam Ryan, CEO of Streetleaf. \u201cWe aim to support homebuilders and homeowners, to provide light and safety in communities across the US. Streetleaf is an example where sustainability is possible without costing more.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded in 2019, Streetleaf has installed 12,200 solar-powered streetlights across the country from Florida to California. The manufacturer utilizes proprietary hardware, software, and service to partner with land developers, builders, municipalities, utilities, and HOAs to create greener communities through its Dark Sky-approved fixtures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This new agreement streamlines the process for Lennar to incorporate solar-powered streetlights into its new communities, enhancing the builder\u2019s ability to offer environmentally thoughtful and safety-focused communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
