CULLOWHEE, N.C.-based HCG Media, parent company of News Now Media Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Susan Jones as its new group publisher, effective immediately. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As group publisher, she fills a role previously held by company founder Rick Harrison, who remains president of HCG Media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With an extensive background in publishing and media leadership, Jones brings a wealth of experience and a proven record of driving growth, building strong client relationships and elevating brand presence across platforms. Prior to joining News Now Media, she held leadership roles that showcased her expertise in developing integrated marketing strategies, managing high-performing teams and cultivating partnerships that deliver measurable results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She most recently was vice president of business development at Steinreich Communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before this, she was publisher of Furniture Lighting & Decor<\/em> magazine for nearly seven years. Before this, she was director of the Home and Gift segments at Dallas Market Center and before this was associate publisher at Furniture Today<\/em> and publisher at Kids Today<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In her new role as group publisher, Jones will oversee strategic direction, audience engagement and revenue growth across HCG Media\u2019s portfolio of publications, which include Home News Now<\/em>, Bedding News Now<\/em>, Casual News Now<\/em>, Design News Now<\/em> and Lighting News Now<\/em>.
