Peekskill, N.Y.-based Innovations Lighting<\/a> has acquired Connecticut-based, family-operated domestic outdoor lighting manufacturer Brass Traditions<\/a>, a brand of Malco, Inc. The acquisition allows Innovations Lighting to enter the outdoor lighting market as well as offer American-made product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis acquisition isn\u2019t just about expanding our product offering \u2014 it\u2019s about honoring craftsmanship, investing in our future, and thoughtfully growing in a category that matters deeply to our customers and our brand,\u201d wrote Greg Mazza, president of Innovations Lighting, in a letter to customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
