Yusen Associates <\/a>and A.A. MacPherson <\/a>announced their strategic merger, uniting two of the largest independent manufacturers\u2019 representative agencies in New England and Upstate New York with a combined 183 years of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The newly combined entity, Yusen-MacPherson Group, plans to harness the strength of each organization to better serve their manufacturers and distributor partners throughout their territories. Together, the companies bring deep market knowledge, complementary product lines, and a unified team of seasoned sales and technical professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The merger offers several advantages, including a broader product offering through a new line card with a comprehensive portfolio of best-in-class electrical solutions and manufacturers. It also brings improved operational efficiency through aligned resources, talent, and infrastructure. Both companies were built on a culture of integrity, partnership, and performance; these principles will remain central to the new organization\u2019s mission. The A.A. MacPherson Co.
