Salt Lake City-based Ciana Lighting<\/a> \u2013 known for bespoke collections for the commercial, hospitality, and religious lighting sectors \u2013 has acquired Varaluz<\/a> LLC, the Las Vegas-based lighting brand founded by Ron Henderson and known for unique and sustainable designs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Varaluz will continue to design under its brand name and creative leadership, supported by Ciana\u2019s expanded manufacturing, custom lighting expertise, quality assurance, and logistical resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
